If your order is lost, we will send a replacement order free of charge. But we have found that when we have delivery confirmation from the USPS, in almost every case if the package has not been located it is because someone picked it up by mistake and will return it, or someone has taken it out of the mailbox to be helpful and placed it inside the house without the customer knowing. All we ask is that you try diligently to find it before we replace it. We provide great flavor and the most caffeine of any leading pouch with or without CBD and can't keep our prices down if we have to send out a ton of replacement orders. If it is truly lost, we will absolutely replace it.
